the link basically says it all, but here’s some more
they can culture muscle into growing in thin sheets, or around some sort of stretchable bead, and then build up layers until you get something that resembles meat, and is made from muscle, real cells and everything.
they could also engineer the meat, so that instead of being high in omega-6 fatty acids, it would be chock full of omega-3 fatty acids like those found in walnuts and fish oils.
