police woman says police man sexually harrassed her, she was sitting in a chair, he was standing, he brushed his erect penis against her arm
he says it wasnt him
they decided to measure the distance from his penis to the floor
it proves it wasnt him, unless he had a 16″ erection
he is now laughing stock of department
woman is still bitchy
