Google Sitemaps (BETA)
I found a wordpress plugin that autogenerates a sitemap every time i update my website
basically it generates a list of ALL of my URL’s, and tells google how often they are updated, and also sorta pings google whenever my site is updated.
If you have a static site, google has some info on how to generate a sitemap based on the directories that make up your website. (most of the people that will be reading this however, have dynamic pages). I would be willing to bet that MT has a plugin for this as well though, as would blogger, seeing as how Google owns blogger.
