Tin Foil Soldier was almost DOWN
I, in some 4am braindead attempt to fix something, deleted /lib from the server.
/lib is libraries, libraries that tell ALL OTHER PROGRAMS HOW TO DO THINGS!
so… once they were gone, there was not copy, move, delete, rename, hell, there wasnt even a “shutdown” or a “reboot”
so i went to the server rack (the living room, but there are 7 servers there, so its like a server rack), installed a cd rom, booted to the netbsd cd (that I keep in the cd rom, even though the drive is stored in a box in my closet), and restored the files
power down, remove cdrom, power up
right as rain
hooray me (sorta, cept for the fact that i wouldnt have had to do that if i wasnt retarded)
