Remember, an eighteen-year old boy looked another person in the face and sliced them with a machete or similar weapon. An eighteen year-old child, high school-aged CHILD looked people in the face and then shot through their faces last night when he “realized” he was in a gay bar and that the faces he was looking into were gay.

A blond man in a black trench coat entered a gay bar late last night in a Boston suburb, ordered a drink and then asked the bartender if it was a gay bar.

After the bartender’s “yes” the man pulled out a machete and a hatchet and began attacking some of the 18 people inside. When patrons tried to restrain him, he pulled a gun and fired at least five shots.

What the HELL!

UPDATE:

Police identified the suspect as Jacob D. Robida, 18, of New Bedford, and said he is wanted for three counts of attempted murder. He is described as wearing a black trench coat, and was last seen driving a 1999 green Pontiac Grand Am with a Massachusetts license plate, 85E-C58.

Robida is known to New Bedford police because he graduated in 2001 from the city’s Junior Police Academy, according to acting Police Chief David Provencher. The “boot camp” program is designed to teach discipline to 12- to 14-year-olds.
