A Christian group, the Traditional Values Coalition (TVC) has generously offered to work with CBS to create a public service announcement (PSA) for daytime television in order to educate teens and parents that no one is born gay and that “you can come out of the homosexual lifestyle.”TVC believes that they are owed this by CBS under Federal Communications Commission fair balance and equal time rules. CBS aired a GLAAD PSA following an episode of daytime soap opera, As The World Turns, in which a teen character comes out to his parents.
