Beer stew
marinating beef
I went shopping today for stuff to make both beer stew and chili.
2 lbs of no external fat beef cubes
celery, onions, carrots, red potatoes, peppers possibly
2 lbs of 95% lean ground beef
white beans, dark red beans, lots of spicy and colorful peppers
I will put pictures up when i make them, along with a real recipie
