whole wheat cookies
Brian and I made whole wheat everything cookies
recipie:
preheat oven to somewhere around 350 i think
in big bowl type thing
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick butter (1/2 a cup or something)
- beat these together, this is important
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- some baking powder or soda, i never really care which, about 2 tsp or something?
- 1 1/4ish cups quick oats
- peanut butter, some (half a cupish?)
- vanilla (more is better, i only had like a tsp left)
- i use vanilla in lots of things, mostly in french toast, you should try adding it to the egg mis in yours
- salt (because FoodTV says so, about 1 tsp)
- cinnamon (some, probably 1-2 tsp?)
- some milk (i think like half a cup?)
- an egg, or, pour some random amount that looks like it is about an egg from roomate’s container of egg whites
- MIX! (with a mixer) yay! its yummy to eat now
- raisins, lots (i got gypped by wegmans and my 24 oz container was only half full)
- m&m’s or choc chips or something
- fold together with spatula
- get spoon and scoup onto big pan
- i sprayed the pan, probably wasnt necessary but it made for easy cleanup
- also, i used a soup spoon which made for huge cookies, probably best to use a smaller one
- BAKE
- for like um, 15ish minutes?
- they will be soft when they come out
- don’t eat yet, raisins get DAMN hot in an oven
- EAT / Take to work for others to eat
I should totally be a TV Chef, with such great directions
but honestly, that is how i cook, since i know the basics i just add whatever i feel like adding and it almost always turns out good
(i made chili today, and it was awesome)
