Hey, I got some ideas to make it better! First of all, put a chair there so you don’t waste so much energy. Then, you’ll need to change the treadmill to something easier to run on while sitting, maybe pedals? Yeah

The Treadmill Bike looks like too much work for me, I think I’d opt for their Couchbike (http://www.bikeforest.com/cb) instead.
