At the same time, all the muscle flesh inside the lobsters conveniently separates from the shell. For the first time in human history, people have finally devised way to extract the meat of a lobster without cooking it.

I like lobster, but getting it out of the shell makes eating it at all completely overrated. Apparently pressurizing it (and i mean EXTREME pressure) will not only kill all germs, but the flesh just pops right out of the shell! “Now that sure sounds handy, I wonder what that would look like,” you say; well wonder no more.

  • Sweet, I can be the first to say that lobster is disgusting! Shrimp, on the other hand, now that’s a damn good crustacean.
