Fish Soup
2 small onions (I didn’t have any big ones left)
1 can corn (rinsed to lower the sodium levels, I didn’t have any frozen corn)
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 medium can diced tomatoes
1 lb tilapia fillets (about 4) cut into cube like pieces
garlic
spices
Basically I browned the onions and garlic, added the crushed tomatoes, then added the fish. Let it get hot then add the corn and the can of diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil (because I like to boil things, and i think it made the fish flake some) then simmer for 15 minutes-ish.
