Ms Ravaglia’s father, Fausto, owner of the beach, said that one man would be allowed in. “The lifeguard must be a man. Clearly, to save a woman you need a man. It’s a question of muscles.”
A beach just for women, with a big “no men” sign so they don’t have to feel insecure. Except for the lifeguard, he needs to be a man so he is strong enough to pull the ladies out of the water.
