Dorschel Difference
The Dorschel Difference is that they suck.
I bought my new Jetta there 2 months ago because they had the make and model used car I wanted.
So I notice that its always warm in my car, my back always sweats… I have heated leather seats and apparently they don’t turn off. It’s really quite annoying, especially when it is really hot out.
I called my sales guy and he said to bring it in on Wednesday (last Wednesday) morning, so I did. I get there and they have no idea that I was going to bring the car in. Anyway I drop it off and they lead me to believe that it will be done at the end of the day.
It becomes the end of the day and I have still not heard from them. I call and leave a message, and then call back several more times. I give up and just go home. The next day I still hear nothing. nothing all day long! I call a bunch of times and at like 4:30 and finally get a hold of someone. He said he was just finishing up the paperwork and the car is ready. I told him no one has even called me, he said they were supposed to.
Anyway, I was just looking at the reciept on my desk, and it says they fixed the “pass” side by replacing the switch!?
I went out and sure enough my driver’s seat still heats up.
