there used to be a category called “home” for posts related to my parents house in PA.
I have not stayed there for more than maybe a few days every few months since fall of 2003. My home is no longer there, and I am no longer even a resident of PA. My home is wherever I end up. Right now it is close to my job with some of my best friends. I can’t call York home anymore, because its not my home and probably never will be again.
I renamed the old category and created a new one. The new home category is about the here and now.
