ESPN - Duke lax players seek $30M - College Sports
Attorneys for the three players falsely accused in the Duke University lacrosse rape case are seeking a settlement of about $30 million from the city of Durham and several changes to the state’s legal process, a person close to the case said early Friday.
Ya know, at this point I kinda think they deserve it. I don’t usually agree with big lawsuits but this one I think I do. I also think they should sue the school / professors as well as the media. They got screwed over big time and stuff like that just doesn’t go away. They will always be the people that were accused of raping a crack ho stripper at a party.
