SmartStyle is Neutral

Well I went back during my lunch break and the manager was working. She apologized and redid my haircut from the beginning. She was awesome, and she shampooed my hair at the end as well (apparently its included in the price(I didn’t get it on Saturday))
So, SmartStyle is neutral in my books again, but I still probably like SuperCuts better.
