A suspicious package that turned out to be an empty cookie tin shut down a busy downtown intersection for about 45 minutes this morning.
Oh Noes! People littering! Litter and pollution are bad, but honestly, how often are there actually bombs places and how often are they just stupid crap that people are to afraid of.
