Bowling
Olympic Lanes Bowling Center - Rochester, NY - AMF Bowling
We went bowling last night at around 11:15, because we had things we were doing earlier, and because the website said they were open until 2am.
We get there, bowl a bit, then go to the snack bar to get a snack. All the lights were on, but a guy came out and said they closed at 10pm. WTF? we were like, well there goes that idea, lets get a drink. Well the bartender wasn’t at the bar, so we went back and bowled until he came back. The bar was closed now too, they probably stopped serving at 12 I don’t even know, but it was now 12:05. At 12:30 there was an announcement that the bowling alley would be closing in 30 minutes, and we were like, huh? the website says 2. O well, we finished our games (with kevin doing awesome and me pretty much sucking @ bowling) and came home. We made a pizza that was awesome and definitely healthier and cheaper than one at the bowling alley, and the drinks we had were definitely cheaper, but still.
So, honestly, who has a bowling alley and closes the bar at or before midnight? And staying open later on the weekends is a good thing, but have the food concession stay open more than an extra hour.
