Ice Storm
SIGNIFICANT…AND LIKELY DAMAGING ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH OF ICE ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. THIS WILL INCLUDE WIDESPREAD POWER OUTAGES AND DAMAGE TO AREA TREES.
Putting it in all caps makes it more important. But seriously, its supposed to get bad. People are talking ice storm of ‘91 bad (whatever that means, I was in PA then). 3/4″ of ice is a ton of ice to scrap off in the morning, so we probably won’t have work. Hopefully we don’t lose power.

and it turned to sleet then snow, and they were able to easily plow it right off the roads.
