Everyone’s Free to Wear Sunscreen
If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it. The long-term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists, whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience. I will dispense this advice now.

Yea, its an old “song” but I like it. Apparently it was based on an essay by Chicago Tribune Columnist Mary Schmich about what she would say if she was giving a high school graduation speech. Cheesy and old or not, I have been listening to it lately.

I have also been listening to:

My Chemical Romance - “Welcome to the Black Parade” which, it turns out, has a really weird video. I do like the song though, and it sounds so much better with real audio from the CD instead of crappy YouTube compression. The bass and overall rock-ness is nice on real speakers.

I like Blue October’s “Hate Me”, but I also have been listening to “Into the Ocean”. I heard it playing in Sears a month or 2 ago while buying socks.

I also like Sara Bareilles’ “Little Voice” album, even though it seems like a sad album, her voice is amazing and calming to listen to. “Love Song” is the lead song from the album, and its actually a Napster on Tivo commercial that introduced me to her music. I think “Bottle It Up” is the other song on the Napster commercial, and its definitely a good song. “Between the Lines” is just an amazing song, even if it is depressing.

Yael Naim’s new single “New Soul” is on the Mac Book Air commercial, and is a fun happy song.

I also like Timbaland, with “The Way I Are” and “Apologize” both having nice rhythm or something. The video for Apologize is amazing, I am not exactly certain if its official or not, but it is still great cinematography.

Once again, I seem to be drawn to sad music about cheaters and broken hearts, but such is life.
