Tea Exchange

The REPUBLIC of TEA - Exquisite Green Tea, Red Tea, White Tea, Black Tea, Oolong Tea and More.
This China green tea is luscious with the naturally sweet flavor of ripe pears and tropical tang of kiwi. A highly aromatic, healthy blend that’s refreshing on ice.

I drink a cup of coffee in the morning, and then when I have time int he afternoon I like to have a cup of tea.  Most of the 50 tea bag tubes of Republic of Tea green teas at Wegmans are only 7.99, so they are cheap and delicious.  The problem with such a large quantity of the same flavor of tea is that it gets boring.  I also don’t want to have hundreds of tea bags on hand just so I can have some variety.  The solution to this situation is to share the wealth.

I love getting interoffice mail, the stuff that was sent directly to me, not the mass mailings that everyone just recycles soon as they pull it out of their mailbox.  I figure other people probably also enjoy getting personal mail as well.

Combine the 2 and you get Tea Mail!

I sent 2 envelopes with tea out so far, and in return I have received some tasty Orange Spice Green Tea from Republic of Tea, as well as a light and delicious Vanilla Apple White Tea from Celestial Seasonings.

I have a thing of Ginger Peach Green Tea that I should probably bring in because it has just been sitting on the kitchen counter at home, that way I have slightly more variety to drink and share.

Kevin and Betsy sent me tea in these little envelopes that work perfectly to share tea, but I can’t seem to find anything like that around my office.  The first time I shipped tea out I made envelopes out of a sheet of paper.  I just sent out some more today in an envelope I found that is too big, but it seems a bit nicer than the stapled piece of paper I made.

Everyone loves mail, and interoffice mail is free; mail something to your friends today! (But don’t tell the post office you are using them to deliver tea, they might not like it :) )
