Wash the damn plate
So I keep seeing Dixie paper plate commercials on TV and I hate them.
The all show mom’s saying that they like Dixie plates because they get to spend more time with their kids. Maybe they should just watch a little less TV instead? They are encouraging wastefullness because we have become a greener society and well, paper plates / cups / etc are stupid to use at home. It pisses me off that they are trying to get people to waste paper to save a few minutes washing dishes. And not just paper that would easily decompose in a landfill either, no, they coat it in a menagerie of chemicals so that it can “hold up to grandma’s sauce” or some crap, which is just another way they try to sugar coat how horrible of a product they really have.
Food Network, please stop advertising horrible products.

I don’t think I have ever seen commercials for Chinet. What channel? I think I mostly see commercials for Dixie on Food Network.

Food Network as well, they are all the stupid ones where the lady is setting the dining room up without tables. They have a new one too that we don’t like. You’ve seen them cuz we have chatted about how annoying they are.
