So below, I offer a proper primer on health insurance, taxes and retirement plans for employees starting their very first jobs. Please pass it out with my regards.
When I first started, it was all confusing. I needed someone to tell me what to do because I was so much younger than anyone else that was at my new employee information session. Fortunately just about everyone had advice for me. Kevin was the one that really explained everything though. Understanding that everyone can’t have their very own best friend that works at the same place and can explain everything to them, there does need to be better documentation for first time employees.
