snacks
After I get home from work / the gym, I usually like a little snack to hold me over until dinner. With the constant stream of fresh grape, cherry, and roma tomatoes coming from the garden right out my back door, I have been making a tasty snack from some combination of:
- Rye Triscuits that are just amazing however you eat them
- grape tomatoes
- cherry tomatoes
- basil from the garden
- tomatoes halved with pepper cracked onto them
- mozzarella cheese, or a tiny bit of some other cheese
- cottage cheese, see below
For cottage cheese, Pot Style is best, then the Digestive Health stuff is decent, but it HAS TO BE Friendship brand, you have not had good cottage cheese until you have had Friendship Pot Style or Digestive Health cottage cheese. Kevin also likes the cottage cheese with pineapple from Friendship.
