Pulled Pork

I am making pulled pork for dinner with the left over tenderloins from the family pack I used to make Pork and Saurkraut a while back.

In the crock pot (I used Kevin’s 4.5qt instead of my 7qt one)

  • ~1.5 Lbs of pork tenderloin
  • half a bottle of Jack Daniels BBQ sauce (rest filled with water)
  • mustard, brown, some
  • mustard, yellow, some
  • Franks, a bunch of shakes
  • 2 potatoes to take up space
  • salt, pepper
  • shot of Jack Daniels #7 Whiskey

I will probably add a bit more whiskey when I get home.

The worst part of slow cooking is that I have no control over what is happening @ home right now, I just have to hope for the best when I get there because I left it on low when I left this morning.
