Staple City

Low-Rise is a precarious assemblage of thousands of free-standing stacks of staples densely tessellated to create a city-like mosaic. Like a city, the staples are subject to the elements, on a micro scale. The slightest breath or vibration and the domino effect kicks in.

Who Owns What on TV

Kev and I were talking the other day about who owned what on TV, and I finally remembered to try to look it up.  I don’t think they want you to know what all each mega corp owns.
All those hundreds of TV channels may lead you that there’s a true diversity and variety in today’s [...]

Russian Haired Sausage

A new dish became extremely popular among some Russian bloggers lately. Now it’s not quite clear who was the first one who invented this mod by pinning some uncooked sausage with hard spaghetti sticks and then boiling this alltogether and getting first “haired sausage” ready.

Rubix Cubewich

This is why you’re fat. – The Rubix Cubewich (via insanewiches).

I don’t think that the Rubix Cubewich is the particular reason that most people are fat, but it does look delicious.

Correcting the Record

Visit msnbc.com for Breaking News, World News, and News about the Economy

Rachel had Pat Buchanan on her show and he spewed racist lies the whole time, so she needed to make some corrections to her own show.
Her points were so “oh snap” that I was laughing so hard as I watched it.
Pat: “This has been [...]

Back to the Grind

We got back around 3pm yesterday, we had beach volleyball @ 6:45 so we didn’t have much time to unpack, do laundry, buy food and eat it before it was time to go kick butt @ the beach.  The games were close, but the other team managed to stay undefeated.
Camping was fun, Dexter was mostly [...]
