Pulled Pork

I am making pulled pork for dinner with the left over tenderloins from the family pack I used to make Pork and Saurkraut a while back.
In the crock pot (I used Kevin’s 4.5qt instead of my 7qt one)

Citrus Chicken Stir Fry

Last night I made a citrus chicken stir fry over oven baked brown rice and I thought it was delicious.
Make brown rice according to the Good Eats recipe for Baked Brown Rice

~1 lb Chicken cut into pieces
3 TB lime juice
salt, pepper, garlic
